2 Bed Piccadilly Flat City Centre

This apartment is in such a central location. Buses and trains easily accessible and we were able to walk to the majority of places we wished to visit from the apartment. It had everything we needed and had nice big comfortable beds. Check in process was very smooth, enjoyed the video provided to help with that. Would highly recommend for a city break.

Central Location and very welcoming. It is super clean and check in very easy. The apartment had everything needed and more! We had a lovely stay in December and 5 mins to Xmas markets.

The only slight negative which the owners cannot control is you can hear the lift going up and down which was not too late at night but was early in the morning

Warm and cosy

The decor is fantastic - we loved how funky it was inside. The property felt really warm and inviting. Tea bags and coffee had been left out, milk sachets in the fridge which we appreciated The beds were comfy and towels good Beautiful block Flat itself is great

The lock safe for the key wasn’t where the video said it would be which caused confusion but the agent was great and explained it was actually above The area itself is quite rough and there was a homeless guy sleeping in the doorway to the communal flats which was disconcerting and a fight broke out the next morning between two homeless guys so we felt quite unsafe especially when it was dark There was only one lock on the door - as two women staying we would have preferred a second and solid lock for security On arrival there was pee all over one of the loos which put my colleague off, but the agent was brilliant and sent a cleaner round really quickly who sorted it out so no problem

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Great location - close to station, restaurants and city centre. Loved the vibe of the flat. Surprisingly quiet for the location.

Couple of minor niggles, have feedback to owners, and confident will be sorted.

Excellent location in the centre of Manchester making everything we done within walking distance
