USIt was very comforting. I still had to work in the evenings to hear the water was wonderful. I was there to do the monasteries.

PSThe location is perfect, it is on the other side of a the historical bridge (ponte s. Francisco), the apartment in a nice and quiet building, next to the river. It is very spacious, will equipped . And a short walk from bus stop to Rome, and by walking you can reach the old city (well it is a small one).
PTBenedito was an excellent host and very kind on check-in procedure. The apartment is well equiped and has a very nice rooftop (steep stairs). It just do not have AC but on early September we did not feel the need for it, the proximity to the river brings a good chill to the place. The view of the bridge and river from the living room is even more spectacular in person 🤩 It was very nice to hear the river (for light sleepers I'd recommend bringing earplugs). Subiaco exceeded my expectations, the public living areas, pedestrian streets and stairs that come from unexpected corners are just fascinating. Here we also went to one of our favorite restaurants in all our trip: Torrione Subiaco.
Nothing to mention publicly as there are no reasons for someone not to book this amazing stay :) I could not find much related to other negative reviews, so Benedito is doing a good job on taking care of everything. Just bring mosquito repelent, because despite the mosquito nets on all the windows, sometimes they are inside.
