Andrea was very efficient and friendly. She gave us all the instructions to get into the property and allowed us to keep our car parked a couple of hours after checkout so we could explore Siracusa. Breakfast voucher for a nearby cafe was a nice touch too

Maybe could have provided an iron and ironing board and some water.

Comodo il parcheggio privato e il check in senza limite di orario. Colazione al bar piacevole.

La stanza numero 1, pur se pulita, presentava alcuni elementi da ristrutturare : muri con segni di muffa, componenti del bagno fuori servizio, mancanza di minifrigo all'interno della stanza e lenzuola abbastanza vecchie e infeltrite.

Prezzo eccessivo: non ci sono le tapparelle quindi entra molta luce fin dall’alba ed è rumoroso

Des informations par mail uniquement, pas de personnel ! Le petit déjeuner : un café et une viennoiserie au café du coin ! Le BRUIT : de la rue, des chambres voisines, des déplacements dans l'escalier. Des travaux d'embellissement devraient être prévus : plinthes décollées, poubelle rouillée, porte serviette rouillé, traces de moisissure sur les murs,...

A bit noisy from the traffic since it is next to main road

Ottima posizione a due passi dalla zona archeologica, camera accogliente e pulita, comodo parcheggio in struttura e buona colazione a pochi passi dal b&b

Manca l'ascensore, ma ci sono solo 2 piani da fare

Sauberkeit und zentrale Lage

Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Wir wussten nicht, wohin mit dem Auto. Die Etage auf der sich das Zimmer befand, wurde nachts abgeschlossen, was in einer Krisensituation dazu führt, dass man nicht schnell genug das Haus verlassen kann. Es fehlte eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Für das Frühstück wurden Bons für eine Bar in der Nähe bereitgestellt. Wohnung lag in der dritten Etage ohne Aufzug.

Няма служител на място, комуникацията беше индиректна само със съобщения. Няма асансьор, наложи се да качим куфари с багаж няколко етажа. Закуската е в близки заведения с ограничен избор на храна.
