The staff were extremely nice, helpful and made us feel at home. The rooms were also very clean and it was great hearing the noises of the jungle at night. The breakfast had also very generous portions and they also let us extend our check out time.

Sometimes the instructions that they give on qr code about the Hotel had some misinformation like the phone number to contact, it is better to validate with the staff member. It is also better to travel here with a car, or else it is harder to get to the city in general. The Hotel is at the complete end of the city which makes it great for the ambiance but more difficult by walking there (where you might fight a few dogs if you're walking) or a bit far from the main town if you want to get a bite to eat (about 25 min of walking). Even so, there are a few tuk tuk available or taxis, the staff can also arrange transportation for you.

It was fun to have a hammock in our room; the whole set up here is lovely with places to sit and swim and relax; the food is amazing - home style yucatan food that made it hard to eat out at our next location! Hosts are so focused on detailed hospitality yet also give you space to enjoy yourself. Some previous comments made us worry about the location but it’s fine!!; it is nice and quiet at the end of a residential street and we walked (15 min) to the ruins or town easily. Highly recommend!

We loved this stay. We booked two nights - I messed up and booked 2 individual nights in different rooms and they were able to sort this and move us into one. The room was fabulous and spacious and we loved the furnishings. The shower was excellent, we appreciated the pool for cooling off and the ability to get drinks. The host (luis) was so lovely and gave us lots of useful tips. If we were ever back in the area we would stay again.

Cet hôtel est notre coup de cœur du voyage ! Un vrai petit havre de paix au milieu de la jungle. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et très bien équipées ! La piscine est très agréable et les espaces communs également. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours disponibles et de très bon conseil. Les repas sont très très généreux et de qualité. Tout était parfait !

Le lieux est magnifique et atypique. Louis a été au petit soins et nous avons bien mangé

Pas de possibilité de se faire un café dans la chambre pour les lève tôt. Pas de fontaine à eau.
