地點離雲場池很近，而且又可以烹飪，且有洗衣乾衣機可以使用。整體來說住起來悠閒舒適

唯一不滿意的地方，洗衣精的化學香味過重。

Kato’s place was very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for the honey cookies it was yummy! Although the beds were small but it was quite comfortable! Thank you 🥰

Nothing to complain!

Plus points 1. Exceptional clean, facilities are new, 2. Within 10mins walking distance from JR and 3 mins from Familymart and Lawson, and surprisingly the surrounding is pretty quiet. 3. High-end Panasonic washing machine with drying functions 4. Huge bathroom and bathtub that can fit in 3 kids ! 5. AC with cold and heating functions 6. Full set kitchenware 7. Comfy bedding and mattress - you know how luxury it can be that can fit for a 6 feet man, when you are a Japan frequent traveller

Almost everything in Izumiya's home is excellent, here are the things would help to get 10 out of 10 1. Most crucial - No double bed for couple,, what a pity for family! 2. Pillows are a bit too small 3. Curtains in the bedroom are not fully covered the window here it cannot totally black out the bedroom (imagine the sun is rising at 5am) 4. Few more big plates are needed. 5. The electric kettle is rather too small for 5-6ppl, it is better to be around 1.5L to 2L. 6. Would be great if there are 2 bicycles with kid seats ready for use - it is quite a long walking distance from the house to Old Karuizawa downtown.

Bedrooms & toilets different floors! But is Ok!

The facility was so great and with a good value.

Lovely house in a perfect location just 5 mins walk from the train station. Everything was super comfy and it was great for cooking easy meals for our family. The hosts spotted we had a baby with us and brought a high chair which was fantastic.

The place is near the main station and easy to go to. We arrived in Kato's place and it was very neat and orderly. The design of the house is very comfortable and accommodated our family well. All kitchen equipment were in excellent condition and we were able to use them well to prepare a lot of our meals for New Year's celebration. Kato was a very nice host too and provided complete instructions for everything. This place is highly recommendable.

It would be nice if the sink in the toilet also has available hot water.

Beautiful sparkling clean home - comfortable for a family and a longer stay.

Flat pillows and stiff beds.
