Needs to improve in cleanliness, particularly the bathroom tiles and the shower head; they should notify guests if the water is not potable

The staff are amicable and competent. The location is amazing (near Dago Street and Kartika Sari). The wellness facility is good (needs more staff, though), and there is a nice little restaurant upstairs.

The building and amenities need regeneration. At least start with the room. Replace the bedsheets or revamp the bathroom. They're clean but old. Add more lighting to the corridors.

Sticky floor, dirty bathroom, didn't shower as we can't even look at the dirts stain on the basin, the toilet, the floor, the blanket, the dampness smells

Your room very clean .. Your hotel good strategy place to go town .. And i very like your staff service especially the little girl name sanii she is a good staff ….
