Parco delle Rose

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich gleich wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement ist gross und sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz war direkt neben dem Haus. In wenigen Fahrminuten gelangt man zu Einkaufsläden und in ca. 10min ist man im Städtchen Sulmona. Die Wohnung ist recht kalt, man konnte aber einfeuern und die Heizung anmachen. (Tipp: Hausschuhe mitnehmen). Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Perfekt! Gute Ausstattung, gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge und Fahrradtouren. Extrem nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Sehr angenehm mit Kind mit Terrasse und Garten! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank Anna und Antonio! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Wenn man fußläufig ins Stadtzentrum von Sulmona will etwas weit entfernt, aber auch machbar (ca 30min, kein schöner Spaziergang), mit Auto oder Fahrrad aber kein Problem!

Comfortable, modern, clean and spacious accommodation set in green and pleasant garden. Anna and Antonio friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts. Safe and secure parking adjacent to the property. Excellent location on the outskirts of Sulmona suited us for exploring Abruzzo's national parks with easy road access in all directions.

Very little. 15 minutes walk to the supermarket and 30 minutes to the centre of Sulmona might be an issue for anyone intending to make frequent visits into town.

Se qualcuno scegliesse come meta l'Abruzzo,non può che l soggiornare in questo meraviglioso Parco Delle Rose di Sulmona!Incantevole fuori ben curato con un viale di Rose, divanetto bellissimo sotto al porticato,tavolo fuori per brace,,,e dentro è bellissimo! Ambiente grande con divano moderno,arredato con quadri bellissimi,cucina grande tutto nuovissimo fresco e pulitissimo,stoviglie ,TV in ogni camera,lavatrice e posto strategico per raggiungere ogni posto da visitare... è passato un giorno e già mi manca tutto! Ringrazio Anna e Antonio che sono affettuosi , carinissimi e molto disponibili è da ritornare!!!!

We got to experience the true hospitality of Abruzzo. First night we came late and despite that, we were picked up from the train station, taken to town, escorted to a great restaurant and picked up. We didn’t have a car, but we walked to the center the 2nd day and got again ride to the centro storico on the 3rd and also to the train station. The house was spottles and we had so many breakfast options, gluten free and lactose free also. AC’s were in both bedrooms which seems to be rare in Sulmona. And we needed those AC’s as it was middle of the heatwave. Everything worked and we had a great time!

Het is een uitstekend, schoon en zeer ruim vakantiehuis. Het huis is mooi gelegen op de begane grond en heeft alles wat nodig is voor een geslaagde vakantie. Een prima keuken, een lekker bed en een groot terras aan de voorkant en een kleiner terras aan de achterkant, wat fijn is voor de zon. De auto kan naast de deur worden geparkeerd. De gastvrouw en gastheer zijn zeer vriendelijk en willen dat je niets tekort komt. Sulmona is een leuke stad en er zijn diverse supermarkten binnen 5 minuten rijden. Het was heel fijn om in Parco delle Rose op vakantie te zijn!

Très propre Gentillesse des hôtes malgré un barrage de la langue qui rendait la communication très difficile (ils ne parlent qu’italien et nous ne parlons que français et anglais). On sent qu’ils veulent faire plaisir et que l’on se sente bien chez eux. Ils sont vraiment très serviables. Adorables avec les enfants Calme

L’appartement est au rdc et les propriétaires habitent à l’étage. Bien que très discrets, on ne se sent pas chez nous. Pour le barbecue, c’est notre hôte qui s’en charge. Ce qui est adorable. Mais du coup on n’a pas osé. Refaire un barbecue le 2e soir pour ne pas déranger. Situé en face de la prison (ça peut surprendre)

The home had everything you might need and was very comfortable. The hosts were outstanding in every way. Anna had thought of everything a guest might need and has supplied it in the home. A lovely vacation rental that I would gladly recommend and one that I would love to visit again. The description and photos are very accurate.

There was nothing to be unhappy about or not to like.
