Dobrá poloha blízko pláže, relatívne postačujúce vybavenie.

Chýbala mikrovlnná rúra. Vonkajšie svetlo na senzor sa v noci spína a osvetľuje celú miestnosť cez svetlik nad vchodovymi dverami. Zbytočne veľa poličiek s drobnými dekoráciami na úkor úložného priestoru. TV s analógovu anténou v interiéri už v dnešnej dobe ťažko možno hodnotiť pozitívne. Smart TV by mal byť už bežným štandardom. Terasa síce priestranná, ale dojem z nej kazí jednak chodník v tesnej blízkosti a výhľad je len obmedzený, keďže je prakticky schovaná v bočnom výklenku domu.
