- The wc flush was malfunctioning, the water kept flowing - The toilet paper wasn't changed - The bathroom didn't look clean and there was bad odour in the room because of the bathroom - The hand towel looked soiled - The bed linen was worn out and dirty with hair on the pillow - The room wasn't cleaned even after informing at the reception - The centralized AC remote had broken buttons - Had to ask for drinking water
