They said booking.com reservation was cancelled and they gave room taking the amount through other medium Now my credit card is getting charged and I am getting reminder emails.. rooms were not clean

Welcoming staff

Cleanliness of the room was a big issue in top everything was mis-organized. They were also not able to find the keys of my car that were on valet parking. Really poor service
