Magar Hostel Bar

No cumplieron con lo solicitado.

I came back to the hostel around 2:45 a.m., but even though the hostel claims to have 24-hour reception, nobody opened the door. I knocked, rang, and called for over 15 minutes — nothing. I had no money, no ID, and almost no battery left. I had to spend the whole night outside. When I returned again at 9 a.m., it happened again — no one opened for 15–20 minutes. When I finally got in, the receptionist just told me I could still have breakfast and didn’t take me serious. He even didn’t believe me in the beginning this really happened. He later apologized and after negotiating agreed to a refund (I won’t pay for a night, that I couldn’t spend there!!🤦🏼‍♀️), but this doesn’t fix what happened. Being locked out twice, especially overnight as a girl, is unacceptable and unsafe. Worst experience of my life!

La localisation de l'hostel était idéale, en centre ville. Les lits sont confortables et ont des rideaux. Le personnel est toujours à disposition

Certains services mentionnés ne sont finalement pas disponibles : la laverie. Aussi, les serviettes de bain sont en location, et le petit déjeuner est à améliorer

Edwar en la recepcion muy amable atento dispuesto a solucionar todos los requerimientos.. me explico todo de cusco y fue un amor... Tiene el bar q ofrece comidas así q tienes todo en un solo lugar

Solo había q dejar corriendo un buen rato el agua de la ducha para q salga caliente ... pero nada más.

I like hostel a lot. Really don't want to leave!

Don't expect much from their included breakfast, it's mostly bread and tea. Better get something to put on this bread by yourself.

Céntrico, podés ir a pasear por Cusco Nocturno Igual tiene un bar, muy bonito sitio . Lo recomiendo

Hostel y bar Maradoniano en el segundo piso, que mas se puede pedir? Muy lindo, buena ubicación y los chicos que trabajan son muy gentiles y dispuestos a ayudar

The staff was outstanding, especially Edu at the front desk. He was very helpful with questions I had on the area and was willing to store my bags for a day trip when I checked out that morning.

Music was loud until 11:00 PM, but there was earplugs provided that were pretty noise cancelling
