Sometimes there was not hot water

Nice, clean and spacious apartment.

Good location right next to the sea, a lot of cafes and restaurants around. Nice balcony. Small bottles of shower gel and shampoo were provided.

The apartment is actually much more destroyed than what you see at the pictures: The lamp in the bedroom which is half out of the ceiling, half painted doors, mirror shelf in the bathroom which is hanging in the middle… It was also not very clean. Bathroom is very small so if you are higher that 175 cm, you will not fit into the shower. Shower curtain is yellow and moldy. Shower is also not tight so the whole bathroom stands under water even after you spent 5 minutes inside. You also should switch a boiler on and wait for 15-20 minutes before you can get hot water for the shower. The toilet seat was put together with scotch tape!! The host was not very friendly. He was trying to convince us that when you book an apartment, you should actually buy trash bags and toilet paper by yourself, it was not provided. Washing machine which you see at the picture was not connected. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs no matter how you turn. If you sleep with opened windows, it’s quite loud because there are speeding cars and motorbikes driving outside in the middle of the night. All in all, we were trying to spend the whole day outside so that we don’t need to come back to the apartment.

Had a little problem with the shower that was resolved in the 3rd day of staying

Very convenient location, close to the beach however just across is super market, bakery and fruit shop. Which was fantastic! Terrace is a reall jewl, we enjoyed every minute!

The size of the apartment and location plus 2 balconies. Kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to prepare some meals during your stay. There are also mosquito nets which is, I would say, essential during summer months. Communication with host was great!

Fantastic,everything was fine,new apartment in the main centar. They let us to stay late that day because of the flight. Recomended

Very nice,clean and comfortable appartment in very center in Perea,near to the shops and bus station and the sea also,only 10 min from airport with a car.Recomended.There is a closed garden for people with kids.
