Hotel Suba Galaxy Mumbai

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I had a very small room which was absolutely enough for a city trip to have my belonings there a comfortable bed to rest after a day in Mumbai. Everything went decent and the comminication works as it should at this hotel. I left for one night the Varansi and told the staff at the recepetion. Everything was noticed and I had no problems. Everyone was very kind, helpful and professional. I was a female solo traveller and felt safe at any time. The breakfast was a good start into the day and the service was quickly and friendly. Especially Sir Osama and Sir Taabzsch from the fronf office and the concierge Stephen did a wonderful job:) I am a former hotel management assistant and still work as a receptionist a few days a month and would like to book your hotel again because I saw that the staff is doing a great job here.

Staff are very helpful and the place is value for money

first day pad room was too small no chair in room so changed to to better room for single occiupancy

in my room 402 if a sitting arrangements is a better option
