1. No microwave, which makes preparing quick meals inconvenient 2. The bedroom layout is poorly designed - a double bed has been squeezed tightly against the wall, meaning the person on the inside has to climb over the other to get out 3. The space allocation feels unbalanced - the lounge area is disproportionately large compared to the cramped bedroom, and the dividing wall could have been better planned 4. Shelves were dusty, and there were stains on the bed linen and towels 5. Access is difficult - reaching the first-floor apartment requires climbing two fairly steep sets of stairs (and more for higher levels), which is not ideal if you have heavy luggage 6. Rubbish disposal instructions were confusing - while sorting waste into different coloured bags was clear, it was not explained that all bags go into the same chute located across the road and behind another building. Once there, multiple chutes are not clearly labelled, making it unclear which one to use 7. Shower design is poor, with water easily leaking onto the bathroom floor

Convenient location and cosy atmosphere. Very well-equipped kitchen and clean.

Apartamento confortable, y en especial su ubicación; justo en el centro.

La ubicación y el apartamento estaba muy bien, con todo lo necesario.

Las escaleras para subir al apartamento, estrechas, muy inclinadas y se hace bastante complicado subir y bajar las maletas. El calentador de agua dura muy poco, un día nos duchamos tres personas seguidas y yo que fui la última, me tuve que lavar con agua fría.

但無提到大門入口在後面，入住的一天剛好半夜，找了好久也找不到門口，有些迷惘。 加上旁邊修路，好在有個路人協助，要走好大個圈才找到入口。 出口位的位置地下好滑，跌了一跤，出入要小心

Great location, has every amenity you need, easy to access once located, easy check in and check out

There's no dish cloths, we brought a packet of dishwasher tablets for the next visitors - we had to rewash the last dishes as they weren't clean at all from the previous guests. There wasn't an oven mitt either which was odd.
