Studio with mini kitchen, pool and BBQ, Pre-Renovation Summer Sale

We love the Studio! Very comfortable and spacious for a couple, charming decor, quiet location, with beautiful plants in front of the main balcony. There was a good swimming pool on site. It was also well equipped, offering everything we needed both for use in the Studio and for use on the beach. The support from Property Manager Toni was also great. The location is great, close to good restaurants and central for visiting other places on the island, considering we used a rental car.

Manager is very responsive and a pleasure to interact with. The AC worked great! Stay was quiet and comfortable.

I was nervous to book but actually the property looks much better in person. I ended up not getting a rental car however if I got one parking was ample and easy. I ended up walking and taking the bus so it wasn’t too far from the bus stop. I enjoyed the location much being walkable to ululanis and the food center past foodland. Easy beach access just beware of sandcrabs hahaha and the property pool is clean and nice too. Hosts were very sincere to check in and provide detailed information on checking in and out. What could be improved would be the bedding and pillows. Other than that pretty happy with the stay and wouldn’t mind booking again in the future!

My stay in the studio was perfect! I stayed for 13 days and this studio was a paradise Ohana "in the sky." It was extremely private with a beautiful spacious, hidden lanai as the bamboo hid the balcony lanai from the parking lot. I enjoyed early mornings on the lanai listening to the waves of the ocean and the roosters singing their wake up call. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was updated and with a gorgeous garden tub and the kitchenette had everything anyone could need including a coffee maker, blender, single element burner with pans for in-room cooking. It was a short walk to the humpback whale museum and to sugar beach for the ABC store, sugar beach bakery and the beloved Ululani's Hawaiian shave Ice. I have been to Maui many times and I would, without any hesitation, stay here for an even longer amount of time. It was a vacation of a lifetime and my little Ohana was home away from home. The neighbors were very loud with me needing to go next door to ask them to turn down their stereo and TV; they told me they have "surround sound and were rocking out." They did turn the volume down with no further issues. People need to remember this location is also where locals live and hearing loud tourists isn't fun for anyone!

Toni, property manager. Was communicative, helpfull & efficient. The stormy weather just prior to our arrival caused the access/Beach side Rd to be blocked/flooded, but that was just nature. The beach is only 50 yards from the apt and was beautiful & quiet! There are plentiful facilities nearby for any shopping or restaurant needs. I would go back to these apps again, if I return to Maui.

Apt is small, but inexpensiv, fine for 2 persons.

Comfort, quiet, private and clean.

Although we'd stay again, we thought the $170 cleaning fee was a little steep for the studio we stayed in.

Great location if you want to be secluded from the busy Kihei areas but also close enough to get in on the action if you chose.

For a studio set up; the property was great.

The AC started dripping after 5 minutes so I turned it off and put a pot underneath to catch the water. Instructions stated to keep it above 72 which I had set it for 76. The square in the ceiling where I assume would be a little attic/crawl space had a hole in it so nervous about spiders or insects coming out.
