The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Good value for money.

The room & bathroom are spacious, and there's undercover parking. The place is clean, and the host very friendly and welcoming.

2 big issues: noise and ventilation. Noise: From 3am the host's rooster kept me awake, despite my using earplugs. I feel that having a rooster on your property is critical info to share with potential guests. The swimming pool pump (right outside the cottage) and fridge made noise intermittently throughout the night. Ventilation: there's a window you can open in the bathroom, but if you want airflow through the bedroom you'll need to leave the front sliding door open. This is impossible during the night, since the open door is clearly visible from the street. It got really stuffy.

The unit is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need including wifi. It is also pet friendly, and unlike other pet friendly accommodation we previously booked, our dog really couldn't get out anywhere, so we didn't have that worry. The unit is also 800 meters away from restaurants, takeaways, Engen garage. The aircon was great on a very hot day. This was the perfect stopover on the way back from holiday.
