This is an excellent budget hotel and hostel. All the staff are really caring. The reception staff also speak good English. The female dorm was cleaned daily with new towels and water. The room had a shared fridge and kettle. The pool is also really clean, with an excellent view of the city. I also appreciated the free daily breakfast. This is a really safe place for solo women travellers. Thank you for everything, and I hope to stay again soon.

Great for a short stay or to chill at the rooftop pool. Not much around this location otherwise. Staff were nice.

The staff is lovely and extremely helpful. I changed my travel plans and left one night early. Even though I did not ask for a refund for the unused night they refunded it to me. Also very helpful with booking a ha long cruise, transport etc. Room was cleaned daily even though I only stayed 2 nights and I was the only person in my dorm. Lots of choices for breakfast.

Behind the bed it was quite dirty however bathroom and bed itself were very clean. Pool is still closed due to destruction by the typhoon. I didn't mind but I think it would be good to mention on booking.com.
