Ubicación muy buena ubicación

Desgraciadamente en el piso de abajo hay un veterinario con perros y el olor es insoportable cuando entras al edificio. Una vez entras al apartamento ya no huele porque está bien aislado. Pero al entrar es muy desagradable

"Bello, in centro, ogni confort ma in piena ZTL (quindi accessibile solo a piedi)"

Appartamento moderno e con ogni confort

In piena ZTL quindi sconsigliato per chi arriva in auto. I parcheggi piu vicini sono a minimo 400 mt a piedi con tariffa A3 costosissima (quindi solo se si viene in treno, bus o taxi) altrimenti tra multe e strisce blu si spende piu che il soggiorno.

Super kontakt z właścicielem. Lokalizacja, czystość i wyposażenie lokalu - rewelacja.

Jedyny minus, ale nie jest to winą właściciela, to zapach na korytarzu. Sąsiadka jest chyba weterynarzem i zanim dojdzie się do lokalu czuć smród psów.
