Le jardin était très agréable. Les lits étaient confortables. L'hôte a été arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée. ́Le quartier est un quartier résidentiel calme.

L'eau chaude était difficile à avoir et avec des à-coup d'eau froide. Le centre ville de Sienne n'est pas accessible à pied et il est difficile de se garer surtout le mercredi, jour de marché. Il y a 3 logements dans la même villa. Il y a de la proximité.

"Ens cancel·len la reserva el mateix dia de l'arribada"

Res. No vam poder estar perquè el propietari ens va cancel·lar la reserva el mateix dia (tres hores abans del check in) de la nostra arribada, reserva pagada per anticipat feia setmanes i després d'haver conversat amb ells consultant l'hora màxima d'arribada.

Ens sembla molt poc professional i de molt mal procedir, tenint en compte que estàvem de ruta i amb poc temps de reacció per trobar una altra alternativa i donant com a excusa un error d'agenda, lo qual era una mentira impresentable
