Cool concept

Very little parking. Both cars were booted by a 3rd party company that charged $300 per car to have the boots removed. The third party company didn’t even verify that the vehicles were registered upon check-in and parking was paid for 72hrs. Staff at check-in was rude. Front desk manager was rude when I made a follow up call. Not helpful or understanding. The time was so uneven on the floors that the water pooled up and just stayed there. The bed frame stuck out underneath the mattress and it don’t feel good when you smack your shins on it. The blinds in one of our rooms wouldn’t fully close.

I like the industrial feel of the place and the shower in the unit was awesome. The shop and restaurant in the main lobby is quite nice.

There is sexually explicit and adult-themed artwork everywhere - at the front desk and in your room. Be careful with children.

Design is unique, big rooms

The reception service can be a more welcoming. I arrived at 6:30pm, and felt like I’m distributing the reception lady.
