We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is beautifully furnished with classic Greek-style retro furniture in both the living room and kitchen, while still being very comfortable and practical. The bedrooms are spacious, with comfortable medium-sized beds (not oversized, but perfect for a restful sleep). The mattresses, pillows, and bed linens were all very comfortable and of good quality. The apartment is well organized and features large panoramic windows that make the space feel bright and airy. At first, I thought there was a slight smell in the apartment, but it turned out to be from the various cleaning products used. Although the apartment is not brand new, it is maintained in impeccable condition and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a variety of utensils and even some basic spices. There are three different coffee-making options available—all working perfectly. The location is excellent. A beautiful organized beach with sunbeds and free areas is only about 200 meters away. Nearby, on the left side of the property, there is a small minimarket and an exceptional bakery offering fresh pastries, desserts, and other delicious products, as well as several restaurants.About 500 meters along the waterfront, there is a beautiful promenade with numerous excellent restaurants and Greek bars, ranging from traditional venues to more modern club-style establishments. It is also very convenient to order groceries, cosmetics, and other essentials online(eFood), as well as meals such as breakfast, burgers, pizza, and gyros, within about 30 minutes. We also ordered fresh fruit from a local supermarket, and the quality and selection were excellent. Every Sunday, there is a local farmers' market nearby where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. It is definitely worth visiting.

Our two-week stay in this superb apartment with my husband and our little four-year-old son was simply wonderful. ​This is the perfect apartment for a truly relaxing holiday—it's spacious, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is outstanding, boasting an abundance of high-quality crockery, pots, and pans, all in pristine condition. The dishwasher was a huge convenience! The apartment itself feels large and airy, and the huge, beautiful balcony is a real highlight. ​The beds are incredibly comfortable with new mattresses. Fresh linens and towels were provided. The bathroom is excellent, clean, and practical. ​The location couldn't be better: a fantastic public beach with bars and sunbeds is just a three-minute walk away. Right by the beach, you'll find a shop and a superb bakery. For a truly breathtaking experience, the most beautiful beach in Attica, Erotospilia, is only a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Ordering groceries from the supermarket via the e-Food app was a handy bonus. ​This apartment is truly a gem on Booking.com. Highly, highly recommended

Sehr gute Ausstattung-es war wirklich alles vorhanden (Insektenmittel, Toilettenpapier, Wasser, Reinigungsmittel, Gewürze etc...) Gastgeberkommunikation hat Top funktioniert und hilfsbereit. Schöner Meerblick vom großzügigem Balkon und gute Strandnähe.
