Beautifully situated in the historic centre. Authentic historic building. EXCELLENT communication with owner. She replied almost instantly. We used the “shuttle” service. Owner met us at airport and took us to accommodation.

l'emplacement est vraiment top et la casa était très propre et originale mais à éviter absolument pour les handicapés car beaucoup d'escaliers

il faudrait mettre absolument des rideaux occultants ou foncé à tous les étages ! nous n'avons pas non plus vraiment apprécié une facture de 20€ en plus car nous étions 2 pour 2 chambres donc 2 lits !!! c'est vraiment la première fois que l'on me réclame un surplus. les matelas ne sont pas très confortables et sur la terrasse, il y avait un certain nombre de bouteilles vides

W dniu przyjazdu dostałam szczegółowe informacje na whatsapp dotyczące obiektu. Kontakt z właścicielem odbywał się przez whatsapp, i był szybki i konkretny.

Jedynie można trochę ponarzekać na gwar z uliczek starego miasta, ale po co jak to jego urok właśnie.

The property was in a great location, and was very traditional. The beds were comfortable.

The hosts were appalling - rude, aggressive and unhelpful - and ruined the experience. Getting in was stressful as they don't provide the lock box code - you have to message on arrival at the property and then hope for a reply. We had to phone to get a reply. Why they can't send it half an hour before your ETA I don't know. We notified them in January that we would be a party of 3, not the 2 originally booked. They acknowledged this but waited until we had arrived to advise that they wanted 100 Euros cash in addition to the payment made online. They refused credit card payment and, as we didn't have that much cash, said the extra guest would need to leave immediately - at 22.17! In the end we had to find cash to pay them, and then they refused to give us a receipt. They eventually agreed to provide a receipt, but had to be chased several hours later to do so. We were charged 3 euros per person per night visitor tax, although it states on booking.com that the cost is 2 euros per person per night. Same hassle with a receipt. We didn't have enough breakfast tokens for the second morning. They said they would deliver them but then said they forgot to do so. They arrived 15 minutes before our taxi to leave - the hosts were aware what time we had booked the taxi for. No hot water in one of the two bathrooms and the floors were filthy. Due to the nature of the property it was all open plan - the only doors were on the bathrooms. You need to feel very comfortable with your fellow travellers. There were no instructions for anything. We never worked out how to operate the safe. I had read that the stairs were steep. BEWARE - they were VERY steep, and narrow. We didn't feel safe to carry cases upstairs and walked downstairs backwards.

La ubicacion era buena, la limpieza era adecuada, cada habitacion tenia su cuarto de baño.

Las escaleras pueden ser peligrosas para personas con problèmes de movil I dad y de vision. Un deficit de informacion para conectar con el access de internet. Una ausencia total de informacion sobre los tickets de desayuno de tal manera que tuvimos que pagar el desayuno al lunar donde nos envio. Absolutamente no contacto con el dueño de la estancia, ni respondio a nuestras llamadas. Solo whatsapp messages.

Ubicacion, instalaciones excelente.

Hay que pagar tasas en euros, nos olvidamos al retirarnos y tuvimos que volver a Bari. El trato de la dueña no fue el mejor al respecto. Pero finalmente todo bien.

A hely lokációja. Az óvárosban helyezkedik el, de mégis közel lehet parkolni.
