Ando Hotel Batam

The hotel was new and the staff were nice. I had issues with the first room I got and they promptly offered me a different room. The room was clean and equipped with basic amenities. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was good. The tv also had access to various streaming sites. Location was good and it was worth for the price.

The soundproofing of the room to the corridor was not great. I was able to hear when people were speaking along the corridor and when the nearby rooms opened/shut their doors. Not a big issue and it also is dependent on how considerate the other guests are during the stay.

Clean.. nearest all spot like Nagoya Hill and Grand Batam.. staf friendly.. Alfa Mart next to the hotel.. and also nearest Indomaret.. recomended.. I have been here twice. affordable price

I checked in late and when I requested an iron, the iron was already out.

Nearby Nagoya mall, walking distance to Nagoya food court, alot of food nearby and alot of massage place ard. The hotel restaurant aso serve nice food. Can have bfst at hotel while waiting for the shop to open.

No mini fridge and hair dryer inside the room

The location is good, opposite are all the satay stalls and near to Nagoya hills shopping

The sound proof was not good because I can hear loud noise from the neighboring like cars and neighbors

1. The location is very convenient, just located directly in front of Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre. 2. The counter customers service including security guards were very helpful.

1. The bathroom heater was not functioning well, the temperature can be high and low out of sudden during halfway of showering. 2. The soundproofing is poor as we can hear ppl talking at the corridor or walking by. 3. The toilet flushing system was ok, but it was clogged once. 4. Some inconveniences caused as the room doesn’t have formal table. We have to eat quite tricky.
