Worst experience I have had from the beginning. Firstly the constant messaging and calling for ID to be sent over and verified which is understandable. When I went to collection point with the code provided to me I was told the code had already been used and I had to call first 365 to arrange for another code , after waiting at the collection point for over an hour I was then told another code couldn't be issued as they didn't have any rooms available which left me with no place to stay that night and having to look for another apartment at 10pm..would never recommend to anybody , STAY AWAY !!!!

Prime location. The apartment was very clean

The couch was quite small and uncomfortable

It was a very pleasant stay, no issue. Peaceful and very convenient place to stay if we need to travel around the city.

Few issues with the flat and not very helpful customer services when reporting them. None of which were attended to during our stay

Asunto oli hyvin keskeisellä paikalla, josta oli lyhyt matka asemalle, kauppaan, syömään...

Avaimia varten piti tulla koodi ajoissa päivällä. Olimme illalla kello 19.30 hakemassa avaimia kaupalta. Siinä tajuttiin, ettei koodia ole tullut. Soitettiin kaupalla sähköpostissa olleeseen numeroon. Sieltä kesti kokonaiset 31 minuuttia etsiä se koodi meille. Soitin vielä erimaan liittymällä. Kaupan myyjä (omien töiden ohessa) onneksi auttoi meitä, koska puhelimen toisessapäässä ei meinattu ymmärtää mikä meillä on hätänä. Me ei oltaisi varmaan koskaan päästy sinne ilman yställistä kaupan työntekijää. Lattia oli todella kulunut ja tahmainen. Oma veikkaus on, että liikaa pesuainetta käytetty jonka vuoksi niin tahmea, että sukat ja kengät jäi kiinni.
