Great location and a beautiful place.

Very poor service and unprofessional staff. Rooms were cleaned late and the overall experience was disappointing. This seems to be a recurring issue, not a one-time problem.

"A night before flight"

The staff tried thier best to make our stay pleasant and comfortable, specially mais.

Bad smell from batroom in one room, mais offered another one, it wasn't much better. Sound proofing is poor in the rooms specifically if there is a party in the hotel halls.
