The cleanness of the vanue and it's security.

I thought the vanue was a self catering as it appeared on the internet. I have brought groceries with me for the period only to find out I can't use the facilities without paying extra R200 which was not mentioned when I booked

Staff friendliness

1. That the TV was not working 2. That it said "bed and breakfast" on the advert, but only to find that you have to pay breakfast separately. 3. It must be clarified on the advert during when one is booking that this is not Normal Bed and breakfast we all know.
