Convenient location in the center of Stary Smokovec, near to restaurants, groceries and train station Very very clean Parking available

Nice apartment in appearance but several gaps and damaged things: the toilet and shower leak, the bedroom curtain falls, no wifi contrary to what is advertised, very few utensils in the kitchen, not even salt or pepper Owners not available, invested and interested by your stay: wrong adress in Google Maps which lead you to another place and you have to find by yourself cause they call you one hour later (tips: write "Snow Apartment" in Maps instead of the adress, the entry is on the opposite side btw...), no Wifi during my 3d stay, no apology, no compensation, no reparation, you have to prevent your exact departure hour to the cleaning company instead of the owners... Very noisy (just behind the train station, ground floor)

Location. Easy parking. Bathtub was nice after a long hike. Wifi worked well.

Unfortunately, the apartment failed to match our expectations, mostly (but not limiting to) insufficient supplies and equipment. The only supplies were diluted dish washing liquid, hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 coffee capsule per guest. We were four people, four-night stay. The apartment lacked for example basics like salt, pepper, sugar, oil, kitchen roll, shampoo and body wash. These are not mandatory, of course, but pretty standard stuff wherever you go. In practice, if you wanted to cook anything, you'd have to buy the most basic stuff like salt, often sold in 1 kg packages. The kitchen was very tiny with no proper surface to work upon. Ancient microwave, water boiler, coffee maker (capsule) and stovetop. No oven, no toaster, no dish washer. Granted, these were not mentioned in the apartment's description, so that was not a surprise - just mentioning because, again, pretty basic stuff wherever you go. One brutalized frying pan (scratched, burned and rickety). One kitchen knife mainly suitable for cutting bread. No scissors. TV channels were not working, neither terrestrial nor satellite. That did not matter much, though, as the TV was positioned in such an angle it would've been uncomfortable to watch. Toilet bowl easily leaked water. There was no shower curtain, floor drain nor floor wiper, so you'd have to be careful not to wet the bathroom floor. The railing on the loft felt dangerously flimsy. The sofa bed downstairs was uncomfortable, creaky and the pillows were unergonomically huge. (On the other hand, the pillows upstairs were unergonimically tiny.) No air conditioning. (Again, granted, not listed in the apartment's equipment list, just mentioning.) General cleanliness was not that good. The TV shelf, for example, had dust on and under it. I did not specifically looked for such neglects, they were just clearly sticking out. The stairwell to the room was also dirty with dried mud and dead insects.

Very nice big appartments, good for family with kids. We were staying with our friends sam 4 people family in the separate hall with only 2 our apparents, that was a super, we can enjoy the stay

To many keys :)))), could be something with the card access, always struggling to find a proper key.

Excellent location in center of Stary Smokovec, the apartments are large enough, we were 2 adults and 2 children, it was cozy and comfortable, there was also room for our dog. The owner's representative met us, showed us everything and even checked us in a little earlier, this was important for us, we had traveled 1300 km. Convenient location near the Stary Smokovec station and also close to the rack railway to mount Hrebeniok. I would like to mention that the apartment is clean and warm, in the kitchen we found everything to prepare breakfast. I hope to return to this wonderful place someday.

Clean room peace and quiet. This was the second time here we’ll visit next year as well!

One little thing, the toilet seat was broken but landlord can fix it quickly.
