I had a wonderful stay at King David Condominium. Communication with the host was excellent (quick replies via WhatsApp), and check-in was flexible and easy. The host was friendly, supportive, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The location is outstanding: a 24-hour shop literally on the doorstep, a big supermarket just 10 minutes’ walk away, plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance, and the beach only 5 minutes away. The apartment was very clean, modern, and spacious, with a large balcony offering a lovely view. The showers had great water pressure, and the walk-in wardrobe plus plenty of storage made it very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped—you’ll find everything you need, including a coffee machine, smoothie maker, and a big fridge. Extra touches like beach chairs and an umbrella were a nice bonus. Facilities were excellent: one free parking space (with visitor parking available for just $6), a well-equipped gym that was never crowded, and a swimming pool on the 5th floor. The condominium itself covers all the necessary needs, from fitness centre and pool to concierge services. Overall, everything was just great. Comfortable, practical, and welcoming—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Sunny Isles Beach
