Апартаментът беше чист,топъл и уютен.Хубава локация и в близост до обществен транспорт и хубави места за хапване.

Би било добре да има по един гардероб в стая.

Casa nel complesso carina e molto grande anche se ci sono delle cose da aggiustare in essa , la posizione era buona , design carino e prezzo buono.

Difficile comunicazione con l'host nonostante le segnalazioni, non è stato risolto come la tapparella rotta nella stanza fronte strada mai aggiustata nonostante varie segnalazioni che ho notato nei commenti , divano in salone lercio pieno di macchie e con bracciolo rotto (anche questo segnalato nei commenti negli anni) , un altro problema è stato il boiler nel bagno che non era sufficiente per 4 persone ed una sera abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia fredda 3 persone su 4.

The bathroom door is glass and doesn’t allow for much privacy. It would be great if it was replaced by a proper door. The wifi was replaced and did not match the information provided. The code was not the one provided but the organizers replied quickly.

The apartment is on the first floor, and the sound insulation is very poor. Throughout the night, while trying to sleep, you can hear constant activity in the building’s internal yard, with people frequently coming and going.

Password comunicata per e-mail per entrare a casa era inesatta, ho dovuto fare varie telefonate, a mie spese, dopo circa 40 minuti mi è arrivato un sms con la password giusta. Wi-Fi struttura! la password e il nome utente scritto su un cartello vicino al modem non corrispondeva a quel modem. In 5 giorni di soggiorno addetti alla struttura inesistenti.

Many issues: 1. I could not get into the house when I arrived because the code provided was wrong. 2. The crib I asked for was not at the property. 3. The kitchen was poorly cleaned and had no dishwasher. 4. The central heating system never worked. 5. The Wi-Fi network shared was never found. 6. The AC system worked for a few days, then stopped working as well. 7. On the last day, a guy broke into the house to clean before the checkout time.

The flat had loads of room and was perfectly laid out with all of the facilities you could need.
