"Modern, well equipped house in good location."

The location was perfect for our needs. Near the centre of town but set back from the road, so it was quiet. Modern house, well equipped. Plenty of space for everyone. The open plan kitchen/diner/living space suited us well.

The mattress in the master bedroom is so far beyond its useful lifespan that it’s a bit ridiculous. We’ve booked to come back next year but we might need to bring our own mattress with us!!

It was in an excellent location, close to some lovely cafes & bars. It was a short walk up to the castle and shops. Very clean and modern with plenty of space and very handy having 3 bathrooms when sharing with family. Would highly recommend.

Good decor, clean and layout of rooms was good. The location was excellent for Windsor Castle and Legoland (plus 45mins drive to Westfield Shopping Centre Shepherds Bush London)

The beds are really uncomfortable and small. Mattresses are very thin, pillows flat and we woke with bad backs. The property sleeps 8 people but there are only 6 dining chairs and the lounge only has a 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs.

Excellent location, beautiful house, amazing stay all in all.

Just a couple of small niggles - no oven gloves provided, bath plug didn't work, ideally more dining chairs would be good for somewhere which sleeps 8. We also couldn't work out the microwave function on the oven-didn't appear to have microwave setting. Aside from these minor things, it was a fantastic property.

Location. Modern house. Quite well equipped

Small things could be improved. Eg holders for toilet rolls. Hooks for towels in downstairs bathroom. A small pan in kitchen. Ice cube tray. More wine glasses. Mats in bedrooms as tiled floors were a bit chilly. Front door is a definite problem. 3 of the 4 of us were totally unable to open it from inside.

"Great location and property, shame about the mattresses"

The property was lovely itself, spacious and clean. Great location. Owner provided fans for each room which was a nice touch.

Only one thing is that the mattresses were dreadful and we all woke up with back spasms in the morning, including the kids. Meant we didn’t sleep much over the holiday. The blind in one of the bedrooms was also broken so had to sleep with that half open the whole time.
