Very well appointed. Everything one needed for a short break exploring the Suffolk coastline. Well positioned to visit many places of interest eg Framlingham, Aldeburgh, Woodbridge, Orford.

Quiet location but easy to reach. Nice small garden.

Sofa was in a good position for the room, but bad for watching tv. Moved it a bit and it was fine. Previous tenant had left greasy trays in the oven, which I had to wash before I could use it.

Location was great. Very close to the places we had on our list to visit. Having a washing machine was a real bonus. Price was very competitive.

Living room set up was unconventional, as watching t.v. from the couch was impossible. We had to rewash the cutlery and crockery prior to using these.
