Trường Hải Hotel

The lady receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I like the shower a lot it’s better than most of the hotels. The room is big ! Overall was good stay.

I didn’t like the blanket was thin like a sheet maybe that was only a blanket cover the staff forgotten to put the blanket inside. I didn’t like I had to pay for the bottle of water in the room and the staff didn’t tell me it wasn’t free before I checked in .

Everything but noise

Noise. There are chairs that make an enormous amount of noise. Need to be fixed with wool patches on the feet.

- strategic position: in the centre but far from the noise. no traffic rumours during night - soft bed - large and comfortable room

A little hard to find at first but in a very lovely quiet alley

clean large rooms and a good location next to lots of shops.

They charged us for water which we were given by reception. she didn’t tell us we had to pay extra for them so was a shock when we checked out.
