The ceiling of our room collapsed and fell down — I am attaching a video as proof. This was not just uncomfortable, it was dangerous, and someone could have been seriously injured. When we informed the staff about what had happened, their response was completely unacceptable. Instead of immediately offering a room change or showing concern for our safety, they simply said they would clean it up, as if this were a minor issue. We had to insist and demand a room change ourselves. To make matters worse, the new room had no water that entire night, and throughout the whole situation the staff were rude and unpleasant, showing zero empathy or responsibility. This place is clearly poorly maintained and badly managed, with no regard for guest safety. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.
AUThe staff was not approachable, so lot of cocroach in the room. I pay for 2 rooms for my family and we stay there for 3 days the 2nd day I talk to the front desk can someone to clean 1 room only because we have a baby 1 year old and 11 months that day we gonto island tour when we come back to that accommodation she said she can't clean our room because we have alot of stuff wtf that serious? I ask a fresh towel then she said I need to pay extra money for the towel. Next time im not book in STRONG TOWER INN. The aircon not working also the shower is broken. The staff not nice, I want to enjoy my vacation but my experience to that accommodation not good bad experience
The staff,the accomodation, also if we going to our room the stairs very dangerous if you have kids or old family don't book in STRONG TOWER INN.
