they don't have the key to the lock on the door and I had to ask them to basically break in with a credit card every time I wanted in

The staff are not welcoming. The aircon are not properly working We have 6 nights to stay and we only have 4 breakfast that was served coz the staff are lazy. Not efficient source of water. The whole property was so dusty and unclean. The internet was too bad. Sorry but I can't recommend this place for a solo & family traveler. Just to be honest.

DEThe location is great, everything else was ridiculous.
The room was dirty. The ceiling in bathroom and room was full of mold. No running water in the room for most of the day, which the receptionist did not tell me upon checkin in. After I complained I got several jugs of water that I should use to shower etc. This place is a health hazard.

I am sorry but if they dare to advertise this property to other nations across the world they need to understand the minimum standards of living that include warm or hot water for a shower plus a toilet seat. These things are basic in 2025 no matter how low budget you go in accommodation with no excuse.
