Beachfront Bliss at Malgas Views

It was safe and secure. The apartment itself was beautiful, stylish yet cozy.

We stayed here for 10 days in March 2025. The location is really great. Security is good and we always felt safe. The agent was great and very responsive (sorted all problems immediately). Self check-in and check-out was very easy and received exact instructions. There are a lot of plugs with USB connectors (something we always forget to pack). All rooms are spacious. A limited see view but nonetheless great and appreciated. Sunset across the bay is a highlight.

It doesn’t feel very private. Very noisy neighbours (they were building something every day from 8am). The description says there is a balcony but this is actually just the entrance. A few more plates and cutlery would be great. I’m not sure if this is normal in SA but there is a pre-paid meter for electricity installed. We didn’t run out of electricity (used the aircon only once though), I would prefer that it is part of the description on booking.com so that tenants are aware of their power needs. International travellers like us don’t have experience with this or the knowledge how to buy more electricity.

The location was perfect.
