This place is fabulous. It has everything one needs. Modern very well equipped kitchen. very modern bathroom. lots of space. Ultra clean and superbly located for getting into and aroun Chiavari

A teapot and jug but so inconsequential versus how brilliant everything else is.

La Perla apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It is located in a nice neighborhood, a short walk from the train station and the city center. The owner was great: super helpful and communicative.

"Loved every moment at La Perla!"

The apartment was GORGEOUS!!! So clean and very nicely decorated. Pictures don’t do the justice! I’d say there for much longer than one night if I had more time in the area. Diego was incredibly helpful at every step of the process; starting from the early communication before checking in, during, and after. He was also super accommodating and helped me with my luggage! Diego also recommended restaurants in the area and even called to check on my reservation because they didn’t speak English at the restaurant. Overall, the experience was exceptional!!!

Great location for beach, restaurants and bars. New kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine & dishwasher. Beautiful marble mosaic floor. Lovely balcony.
