"BAD EXPERIENCE WITH OWNER HOMESTAY"

Nothing I like.

Nothing I like because at first owner already send all details of booking for the homestay when I arrive suddenly the homestay already occupied with someone else and he change other house. When arrive the house air-conditioning problem not functioning. Already informed to the owner but owner say this and that. Then we ask for extra fan until the day I check out owner still didn't sent the fan. then door for room also broken. This is my terrible experience. Then owner ask me to cancel the booking at booking.com and ask me to book thru him because he say booking.com charge a lot to him. He also got mentioned the house I booked is more expensive then I pay now thru booking.com
