Great location. Easy to park (with permit provided). Spotlessly clean.

Lack of anywhere to hang/store clothes in the double room. Better light needed in communal entrance/hallway

The property was well maintained. We appreciated the free on street parking. It was nicely decorated inside. The bathroom in particular was lovely.

When we arrived there were two toilet rolls provided, however they were both half used. On the first morning of our stay I received the usual message ‘anything we can do to make you more comfortable etc’. So I politely asked if there was anymore toilet roll hidden anywhere - I was met with a very rude reply, suggesting that I was looking for an argument and also suggesting that I was lying about how much toilet roll was provided. The host suggested ‘it was more than enough’ for our stay, what he didn’t know is that one of our party has a chronic illness which in fact means she uses the toilet more (she usually brings a spare but on this occasion forgot). I really wasn’t happy with how I was spoken to, as a paying guest I should have been met with the same level of politeness I gave to him. The level of cleanliness was 9/10. There were no tea towels provided.

The apartment nicely furnished, modern and clean with all the kitchen appliances needed. In a good position for town and promenade. Good restaurants nearby. Excellent shower. Nice dining area if making meals.

Would have liked en suite facilities .

The location was good, situated on a lovely Victorian road close to the sea, shops and metro station, there was no sea view from inside the property. The apartment was lovely and clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay, we would definitely stay here again.

Its in a wonderful location less then a minute from the beach and not far from anything you might want to visit in the area. The apartment itself has everything you'll need for your visit and was very clean.

It would be useful to have pantry items to make better use of the kitchen for a short stay.

The flat was spacious, very clean and warm. We enjoyed our stay. It was central and in easy reach of shops and amenities. It was quiet, the beds were very comfortable and it was an ideal place to enjoy our stay with everything needed in the kitchen. Parking was always available on street in front of the house with a parking permit.

Location was great. Everything was on your doorstep and the beach was the end of the street. Easy to park and apartment was spacious and warm. Good communication.

We were missing a tea towel and I felt that there were some areas that could have been cleaner. However, I am a bit of a clean freak.
