The owner restricts the number of available rooms depending on the number of people even though the rental fee is same regardless of the number of the people, which is embarrassing and unacceptable. I was expecting to use three bed rooms but the owner locked a one of rooms and refused to open the room since we are just four. The available rooms should be same as long as I reserve the apartment with three bed rooms. What I fully paid for is for a full apartment with three bed rooms, not for just number of beds.
AUVery comfortable and warm. Host made a lovely effort with Christmas decorations and even built us a snowman. We appreciated all the extras to make our stay such a pleasure.
Not an issue as such but is a little way out of town - not quite walkable - but the bus service was excellent and frequent

IEThis house is truly beautiful and the location is spot on. Great views and 2 mins from the best stop. All top notch appliances in the house, very comfortable and cosy. Loved it. Would come back here again 100%
BEThe apartment was warm and spacious, and well equipped. The owners were great with us and helped us very quickly when we contacted them. The view from the living room is stunning.
GRIt's amazing. It really has whatever someone needs. Warm water for shower and when we arrived the house was already warm inside. We really enjoyed our time there and the owner was very good, communicative and willing to help us in whatever we asked for. It even has guides for the city, like where to go etc. Very near to bus stations, even from and to the airport, calm place, very clean house. I recommend it.
A little bit far from the center of the city, but that's OK. There are buses that go there with often arrivals.
USLess expensive than a hotel in Tromsø and much more space. Very quiet neighborhood. We saw Northern Lights from the backyard!
ESA very cozy house for the money paid.
The location, but with public transport or car you can get there without problem.
