Das Hotelzimmer war von der Größe sehr gut und das Bett war bequem. Am zweiten Tag war unser Bett geschmückt.

Die Toilette war nicht fest angebracht, deshalb war sie unten undicht. Der Welcome drink war gut gemeint aber sah nicht appetitlich aus. Beim Frühstück war wenig Auswahl und es war nicht ansprechend. Ein anderer Hotelgast meinte, dass sie bitte nicht so viel Öl verwenden sollen wie beim letzten Mal. Das Hotel ist auch bisschen abgelegen. Wir haben das Hotel von Deutschland gebucht und für zwei Nächte für zwei Personen insgesamt 94€ gezahlt.Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Man bekommt bei weitem günstigere oder bessere Hotels für den Preis.

Swimming Pool was good The staff were helpful and friendly and organised trips for us. TV was welcome. Good to have a balcony!

No fridge, no safe deposit box. Further off the beaten track than it appeared to be.... No option for breakfast. Balcony furniture was not in good condition

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s atmosphere is peaceful and charming, with a great balance between modern comfort and natural surroundings. La piscina top, muy tranquila, toda para nosotros tres. El desayuno incluido muy rico, las camas eran muy cómodas y la ubicación para nosotros muy bien, espacio tranquilo, fuera del centro pero cerca

El aire acondicionado se apagaba por las noches, nos comentó el responsable que era por que a veces en la zona habían apagones

We were really impressed by how attentive and helpful the staff were – they went out of their way to make our stay super comfortable. The rooms and common areas were spotless, which made everything feel so nice and fresh. The food was amazing too – delicious, nicely presented, and with plenty of variety for everyone. Special thanks to the manager, Miss Chathuri, and all the supporting staff for providing us with such an amazing service. Overall, it was a great mix of friendly service, cleanliness, and tasty meals.

Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue estupenda, la habitación muy amplia , al igual que el baño, todo muy 🪥 y nuevo, con balcón y todo El desayuno extraordinario, hasta tuvimos que decir que al día siguiente no prepararán tanto. Cenamos también en el desayuno y quedamos contentos La atención del personal de diez

Ik was jarig en het personeel maakte er een feestje van. Ze stonden met alle personeels leden met taart en slingers te wachten bij het ontbijt. Het was heel erg speciaal. Iedereen was super vriendelijke tegen mijn dochtertje van 3. Ze mocht meehelpen visjes voeren en verstoppertje spelen met een meneer van het hotel. Ik raad dit hotel heel erg aan!

Misschien is het handig om de wifi code in de hotelkamer neer te zetten.

Le personnel était très attentionné, nous avons tte bien mangé (petit déjeuner et repas du soir). L’hôtel est situé à 20 min à pied du centre de Dambulla (arrêts de bus).
