Comfortable rooms, very Dog friendly

Better signage on the way in it is very confusing to find reception. More choice of restaurants.

Room - A/C, spacious & comfortable.

Order for dinner mislaid, waited an hour and a half before complaining, then anther half hour for food to arrive. When it did arrive it was good. The second night was better but shouldn't have been left for so long on night 1. Suggestion - instead of all restaurant staff running around dealing with all tables, maybe allocate in sections to avoid this happening.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The grounds are spacious and well kept, with loads of extra games and activities.

The cleanliness of the rooms. Quite dusty with a lot of cobwebs. The walls are thin, which disrupted my sleep- hearing people using the lift, walking and talking outside the room and the tv from the room next door.

Great location, the place is very clean aroud. good breakfast.

The manager was very helpful, the rooms were perfect and the food was amazing. We even managed to have a swim while we were there

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij De Vere Wokefield Estate. Een speciale dank gaat uit naar Marsha, waarvan wij denken dat zij een manager is. Zij heeft ons ontzettend goed geholpen en heeft er echt voor gezorgd dat ons verblijf bijzonder prettig en zorgeloos was. Haar professionaliteit, vriendelijkheid en betrokkenheid vielen direct op. Ze deed net dat beetje extra om ervoor te zorgen dat alles naar wens was, waardoor wij ons zeer welkom en gewaardeerd voelden. Dankzij haar uitstekende service kijken wij met veel plezier terug op ons verblijf. Wij raden dit hotel dan ook van harte aan en komen graag nog eens terug. Nogmaals hartelijk dank, Marsha

THe location, hotel and staff are all attentive and polite.

The lack of air conditioning in our room, we changed three times, was troublesome in the warmer weather we enjoyed.

It was a really pleasant stay. Rooms and toilets are really cozy and spacious, as really well cleaned. The environment around is very beautiful and taken cared of.
