Central Elite Vista-with parking

It was amazing. I loved the apartment, its clean, cool and modern. Its like 20 min walk from the centre..There is a shop under the building. I would recommend for everyone with friends and with family too. We booked for 8 people and it was very comfortable.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and it was well equipped. It is within walking distance of the city centre (approx. 25 minutes) along the river. The views across the city from the balcony and windows are fantastic. You can see the surrounding mountains too.

Nice view. Taxi stand nearby. Convenient laundry facilities. Comfortable beds.

AC was only in the common area. Bedrooms would have been hot, but ooen windows helped. But then we closed the bedroom door. Our friend slept on the sofa in order to access the AC. We were fine with the open window.

I quite enjoyed my stay at this place. It was exactly right equipped: just enough of everything (yet not at all any junk or clutter as I see sometimes). Absolutely clean. Very spacious, and nice layout of the apartment. I also liked that there was lots of daylight, and nice view of the city. The AC worked well, although I barely needed it. Big and new fridge, and generally everything is new and functioning. A basic supermarket downstairs. The free parking is there, but only if you get lucky with a spot. Thankfully - I was, so it worked nicely for me, but somebody might be out of luck.

I would say I was surprised by no space at all to hang clothes, other than a few hooks by the entrance. Not a big deal for me (I was staying alone) but imagine could be a problem for someone. Location is not central, but just 6 minutes to the nearest bus stops, and bus takes you to a city center in about 10-15 mins. Also not at all cheap - I paid about 750 for 4 nights, just for one person. I imagine might be better value for a bigger group. And on top of that I was asked to leave tourist tax in cash. That is not too much, but still felt a little excessive on top of 190 average nightly rate.

We were a group of 5 and it was a little small for the size of our group.

The apartment was really nice. The balcony also had a really good view on a good part of the city. It was especially good to chill there under the sun.

Sadly the apartment has only one bathroom. And If you plan to be there with the max amount of people allowed (9), be aware that having only one bathroom without a window could be a problem for some. (There was a fan inside, so it wasn't a big problem for us, but it is one thing to keep in mind).

The host was communicative, friendly, and sent clear instructions for a very simple self check-in and check-out with a keybox. The place was clean and big. We had a grocery store right underneath the apartment and easy free parking around there.

Could add an alternative coffee maker option as there was only a small Moka espresso maker for the stovetop which wasn't enough for 3 people.
