The apartment was spacious, floor was very clean. Key collection was a breeze at the guardhouse with a lockbox that is easy to find. Air-con was strong enough even when all the units were turned on at the same time.

The kitchen could have provided a flask to cool water. The toilet shower water could have been stronger. Kitchen utensils such as the cutlery could be improved, some of it are rusty. For a 8pax homestay, only 3 cups were provided. The number of sets should at least cater for the said number of pax.
