La camera è bella, ottima la posizione vicino al fiume Arno e non lontano dalla Torre

Un po' di confusione nel check-in "fai da te" ma risolvibile; Il bagno è da migliorare la manutenzione; Sarebbe utile un frigo in camera specialmente nel periodo estivo.

The good think is the location which is in the city center. The rooms and the shared living room is well decorated. Safe place to walk during nighttime.

First of all, the bathroom located outside the rooms in an area where other rooms guests are passing. So for my daughters it was not convinient to take a bath and go to their room. Also the bathroom was smelling bad - something that they should rectify. Also they gave one bathroom key for two rooms, so during nighttime we had to wake up the key holder!!! As the room located in the city center the car cannot come close to the apartment just to leave the luggages for 5 family members/something that you can expect for the location. Also the espresso machine was out of order.

The great communication from the hosts. The location is so central! Lovely and clean. A nice option to have the communal living area.

The air con is a plug in unit and when in use is very very noisy!!! The fridge in the communal area could be a little bigger. We shared with other guests and could only manage to fit a bottle of coke in each!
