USIt was located near the center.
It was not clean. We took a wet napkin to the kitchen counter and got SOOO much. We then took the mop and just went a little around the living room and the water was instantly dark; as if it had been months since cleaning. Check-in and requiring more info (and credit card) before getting necessarily arrival instructions was inconvenient (and sketchy).

USThe apartment was rebooked right out from under us and we were not able to stay there, even though our reservation was confirmed. They were very late messaging us about payment and the key fob code, then when we didn't answer immediately, they rebooked it, leaving us on the road scrambling for another place to stay!
USWe had a great stay overall — the place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient.
However, the experience after checkout was extremely disappointing. The security deposit was not returned on time, and all attempts to contact the host went completely unanswered. There was zero communication or accountability. Thankfully, Booking.com customer service stepped in and helped resolve the issue — otherwise, we would have been left without any support. This lack of responsibility is unacceptable and something future guests should be aware of.
