Struttura nuova e confortevole. Molto ben climatizzata. Viene offerto il cambio biancheria per i soggiorni più lunghi. Molto vicino al porto, per cui molto comodo per i collegamenti con le isole Eolie e con la stazione ferroviaria grazie agli autobus locali (Linea 5). L‘host è attento e disponibile a tutte le richieste e alle esigenze degli ospiti. Nei paraggi si trovano anche un autonoleggio, farmacia e supermercato

Essendo una struttura nuova non dispone di alcune piccolezze come un bidone della spazzatura (oltre a quello del bagno) o fili per stendere la biancheria più ingombrante, ma comunque nulla che vada ad inficiare sul piacevolissimo soggiorno
