Sunny House in Stunning Arniston

Nice open space..all you need.

Shower...maybe you should think about putting a shower in the bath. And then first impressions count! Lick of paint..pot with Flowers..at the entrance would be nice..

It was exceptionally beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We automatically fell in love with the space, especially the kitchen, lounge and the entertainment area. Would recommend to anyone, absolutely no regrets.

There was nothing we disliked.

Location is superb, and Wern is a fantastic host!

Needs a lick of paint and some touch ups, and could do with some comfy sofas

Vern was awesome. He lives in the cottage on the property and assisted with keys and settling in.

If you like to rough it, then it's okay. This house is in sad need of a serious revamp. There's only one shower, which is located in the passage. You have to undress in the passage, step into the shower closet, and again step into the passage to dry off. The kitchen is way past it's sell-by date, as were the pots & pans. No dishwasher and no TV either. We booked for 4 nights but moved out after 2 nights. Draw your own conclusion.

Werner went above and beyond in every way. He was the perfect host.

This is a comfortable home in a superb location.

Wern met us for a very late arrival which we were so grateful for. He was a friendly and accommodating host who really went the extra mile to help. The house is a really comfortable beach house which we found to be clean and well appointed. It is a very short walk from the beach. Everything we needed for a short family holiday was made available. We loved Arniston and would love to return to this house.

Our stay at Sunny House was great - a very comfortable house with plenty accommodation for a group of friends travelling together. Good value for money and Werner our host was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
