Ares Cave Suites

El hotel era impresionante, el jacuzzi muy buen punto. Una noche estuvimos con un fuego en la terraza y una copa de vino muy agradable. El personal muy resolutivo y majo. Nos guardaron el desayuno el día que hicimos el vuelo en globo.

The staff was excellent! They helped us arrange excursions, transportation, and made great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Humaium (spelling?), Berk, and Ali, were very friendly, kind and competent. The breakfast was exceptional - fresh, tasty, with a variety of choices. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. We loved the heated floors. The location was perfect - walking distance into town, quiet, lovely surroundings.

The only thing I would change, and it's a very small thing, was the toilet and shower in the same space. Otherwise, the place was perfect!

We arrived around 11:00, even though check-in is only from 14:00. The manager kindly tried his best to have our room ready and we could have checked in shortly after 12:00, but we chose to head to the town centre instead, which is only about 50 metres from the hotel. The room itself is exactly as shown in the photos – absolutely mind-blowing. The atmosphere and design capture the cave experience perfectly. The room is spacious and feels less like a standard hotel room and more like a magical escape. The staff – from the day and night managers to the breakfast team – are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They are humble, welcoming, and always willing to share information about the area or assist with anything you need. Although the hotel is uphill, taxis drop you off and pick you up right at the entrance. From there, the views of the hot air balloons are spectacular and completely unobstructed. Breakfast is not a buffet, but they bring an impressive variety of dishes directly to your table, in true Turkish style. Everything was delicious, fresh, and more than enough to eat. I would definitely stay here again and will gladly recommend Ares Caves Suite to friends as a top choice when visiting Cappadocia

Because the room is a cave and partly underground, the Wi-Fi signal is not very strong. It’s fine for basic things like Facebook or Twitter, but anything that requires more speed doesn’t really work well. Mobile reception is also limited for the same reason. There are a few small drawbacks in the room. The bedside table is not next to the bed, but on the opposite side of the walkway leading to the bathroom. There is enough space to place it next to the bed, but the power outlet remains on the opposite wall, so if you want to charge your phone or use the bedside lamp, the cable has to run across the passage. It would also help to have suitcase stands or a dedicated surface for luggage. There is no closet, only a hanging rail near the entrance, so you end up living out of your suitcase and need a proper place to put it. All this said- it still is the best place to stay

We had a wonderful stay! The suites were unique, the Turkish breakfast daily was amazing, the rooftop views of the balloons was stunning and the service and hospitality by Berek and team was top notch. He helped us arrange all of our activities throughout our stay without a hitch and was always willing to help. Staff were all sinilarly kind and pleasant. The location was central and close to everything we wanted to see in Goreme. We would recommend to anyone coming to Cappadocia!

Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos no hotel, sempre muito solicitos e educados. Solicitamos uma troca de quarto e eles nos atenderam da melhor forma. O café da manhã é típico turco e foi uma ótima experiência. O quarto era muito bonito e a estrutura também ótima. Recomendo!

Great location. Amazing breakfast. Lovely staff.

It’s not sound proof. There’s lot of noise from the road. Also, it’s not real cave probably.

The room was not nice as expected and pieces of the ceiling fell down during the night on my clothes and on the sofa. The door handle immediately broke as I came in the room. Do not book this hotel, find something better.

The property was beautiful and the owners and staff were so friendly.
