The bathroom box doesn’t work, so when you take shower all the bathroom gets all wet. The hotel is in a cave, so there is a lot of stone dust that falls all the time in your things and in the bed. If you have some kind of allergy, you should consider that.

I recently stayed at Aris Hotel in Cappadocia. The location is excellent, right in the center, and the room itself looked beautiful and spacious. The balcony has a nice view of the hot air balloons in the morning, which could be wonderful. Breakfast was fine, served at the table, simple but okay. The employees were excellent—very kind and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I cannot give 5 stars because of two serious issues: 1. The entire room smelled strongly of drainage-sewage coming from the bathroom. The bathroom has a nice bathtub and a shower combined with the toilet, but the smell spread into the whole room. 2. The balcony, although with a beautiful view, smelled strongly of cat urine. The cushions, the floor, and everything around had the smell, which made it impossible to enjoy sitting outside. The hotel may have a good location and design, and the staff was great, but the constant sewage smell in the room and the cat urine on the balcony completely ruined the experience.

Location is excellent and the rooftop allows you to see the balloons without having to leave the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great shower. Complete and delicious breakfast

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, es war sauber und die Dachterrasse ist ein Highlight. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

Wir haben das Hotel ausgewählt, da stand, dass es veganes Frühstück gibt. Leider konnten die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück wenig Englisch. Wir haben es dann geschafft mit GoogleTranslate zu kommunizieren, aber die vegane Auswahl beim Frühstück hätte besser sein können - Hummus oder so wäre nett gewesen, wenn veganes Frühstück angeboten wird. Es wäre angenehm gewesen, wenn das Personal über das Angebot des Hotels Bescheid wüsste. Das Personal war aber wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht.

The room was excellent; spacious, clean, and very well designed, giving you a cave feeling without being claustrophobic. Everyone in the staff was VERY helpful and nice. The entrance to the hotel is beautiful and the terrace allows you to have a great view of the town at night or early in the morning if you want to see the balloons. Breakfast was great and consistent. We spent 5 nights here and truly enjoyed it.
