Attico 36 e 49 con terrazza vista mare e parcheggio grande

Our stay in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Genoa was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better—right in the city center with easy access to all forms of transportation. Perched on the 9th floor, the apartment offers an exceptional view of Genoa, which becomes even more magical at sunset. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, which was a blessing in the hot weather. One of our favorite features was the stunning terrace. It was spacious enough for dining and had a lovely shaded area, making it the perfect spot to relax. The convenience of having a parking space was a huge plus, especially when arriving by car. We also appreciated the gym on the second floor of the building. Although there is a fee, our host had negotiated special rates for his guests, which was a very nice touch. And the cherry on top was our host, Dario. He was incredibly attentive and truly cared about the comfort of his guests. I wish every host were like him. We will definitely return to this apartment for our next visit to Genoa.

This is not a criticism but rather a suggestion: it would be convenient to have more storage in the room, especially if someone is staying a little longer. But it is not a problem for short stays.

It was the perfect short stay in a beautiful city. In the appartment you can find all you need and more, the view is just stuning. The host is the best - he helped us with all informations and all we needed, he really care for his guests. Thank you for realy great stay. Hope to come back some day :)

The location is very convenient and the balcony view is great！And it's a fantastic functional and comfortable apartment!

Because it is on the top floor, prolonged sunlight may make the room temperature a bit high, especially in the Summer time. Don't worry it's have good AC.

Exceptional apartment, amazing terrace, very well equipped kitchen and bathroom, very clean. And last but not least exceptional host Dario, sent us all the instructions, that were very well explained how to get in/out the property. Good parking place. Thank you Dario! Would love to come back!

Oh, and thank you for the prosecco! 😄 - Location is very close to Brignale Train Station, for those who want to go outside Genova - The apartmant is nice, very clean, with a great terrace! Would defenitly come again and recommend!

Everything was great, very clean with excellent lighting, a large and very beautiful terrace with a relative view of the sea, the facilities were complete, there were all the spices, three types of cooking oil, the kitchen utensils were complete, iron, hair dryer, washing machine and the dishwasher was excellent, a very excellent manager named Dario had also completed this surprise, we felt like we were in our own home, we will be back soon, thank you dear Dario✋🏻✋🏻

It’s my second time staying over as the flat is located only five minutes away from Brignole Train Station, is comfortable and clean, with a good size terrace and the great view you can enjoy as you walk in is a plus! I strongly recommend it!
